Session Types Available

Individual Consulting

Private 60-minute sessions combining outdoor walking with one-to-one guidance. Ideal for those seeking a tailored starting point or specific topic focus such as breathing awareness or pacing strategies.

Small Group Sessions

Groups of six to twelve participants on curated routes. Includes facilitated discussion, optional paced breathing awareness activities, and shared educational materials. A social yet structured format.

Educational Workshops

Indoor or outdoor workshops covering topics such as weather preparation, local ecology, and comfortable walking fundamentals. Handouts and digital resources included.

After your initial consultation, we prepare a written plan outlining recommended session frequency, route selections, preparation requirements, and educational materials relevant to your interests.
